Their tenth record and a definitive turning point: with Going Back Home, 7WEEKS delivers their most transparent and direct sound to date. Produced and engineered by Adrian Bushby (double Grammy winner for his work with Foo Fighters and Muse), this opus recorded between London and Birmingham, marks a return to the roots of their singular heavy rock while propelling the band into a higher dimension.
Having already built an inventive and diverse discography, the band now embraces raw power. Stripped of all artifice, they let the efficiency of their songwriting take center stage, following in the grand tradition of legendary Anglo-Saxon power trios.
Long supported by the press, including Rolling Stone (★★★★), RockHard (Album of the Month), and Guitar Part (2023 Awards: Best French Band & Best Album) the group has also forged its path through relentless touring across France, Europe, and the UK. Their stage pedigree includes : Hellfest 2024 (Mainstage), Rock for People (CZ), Motocultor (FR), Dour Festival (BE), Hammerfest (UK), Xtreme Fest (FR). The band just announced the first leg of their 2026 tour. Based in Limoges, far from the mainstream radar, 7WEEKS is a pure product of independence. By releasing every record on their own self-funded label, they have built their legitimacy step-by-step, far from the fleeting hype of the media spotlight.
