SPLIT is first and foremost about settling scores with oneself, with others, and with the burning rage to make it out alive. Drawing from hardcore punk, crust and powerviolence influences, their music is a brutal, no-compromise outlet where anger, urgency, and clear-eyed despair collide. Set in a contemporary, dark, and cathartic universe, the band mirrors the violence of a world eaten away from within.
The lyrics give voice to what many endure in silence: precarity as a permanent condition, bodies worn down by addiction, death looming everywhere, and human relationships crushed by a system that oppresses and divides. Everything is confrontational. Nothing is softened.
