Popboydamien, also known as “Pop Boy” is a Nigerian afrobeat, rapper, singer born and raised in Lagos Nigeria, a songwriter, and performer whose music captivates audiences with substantial lyrics, soulful performances, and insightful songwriting. His roots in Nigeria’s Eastern region , listening to afrobeats, dancehall, hiphop and rap hence where his influence and music style infuse his sound with a rich cultural influence, resonating deeply with diverse audiences.
His journey has only just started with notable collaborations with the likes of Manofsteel on a track titled "No Weakness" which was released 14th February, 2025 and Frankeyz Album titled "God's Design" track title "Kwanta (feat. GENREZ)" last year, 11th October, 2024. Popboydamien just unveiled his solo project ‘Devotion’ in June 2025 and thus far he is growing his online following.
He has promised to give his audience nothing but good music at his best capacity. He welcomes you to his space.
