Wormfood

Wormfood is a French metal ensemble formed on January 31, 2001, in Rouen. The group was established by Emmanuel Lévy and Romain Yacono. The band released the demos Éponyme (2003) and Jeux d'enfants (2004). In 2005, the group released its debut studio album, France, through the label Code666. Wormfood signed with Deadlight Entertainment in 2010 for the recording Posthume. This album featured a collaboration with Paul Bento on the song “Les noces sans retour”. Lévy described the recording as a shift toward a more adult sound. The ensemble released the studio album Décade(nt) in 2012 and the recording L'Envers through Apathia Records in 2016. The group's genres included avant-garde, gothic, and doom metal.
