Ramona Falls was an American indie rock band based in Portland, Oregon, founded by Brent Knopf. The band's name came from a waterfall near Mount Hood. The project took shape after Menomena's recording process for their third album was delayed, leading Knopf to develop unused songs into the debut album Intuit, released in 2009. Although it did not chart, Intuit received positive reviews from Pitchfork and Drowned In Sound. The band's second album, Prophet, released on May 1, 2012, reached number 28 on Billboard's Heatseekers Albums chart. Their third album, Coils, was released in 2017.
