Minusheart, a German electro band, was founded in 2007 in Aachen by Jörg "Diver" Sauer and Ralf "Benden" Bender. The duo began working on their debut album Disease, which was released on October 16, 2009, via Echozone. The album featured collaborations with artists like Monolith, Accessory, and Myk Jung from The Fair Sex. In April 2010, Minusheart released the remix album Healed. Despite mixed reviews for their debut, the band continued to evolve, releasing The Big Idea in October 2011. This period saw significant lineup changes, including the departure of Bender and the addition of Ingo Hannen. The band's subsequent albums included Calls from Space (2013), Traps and Treasures (2018), and The Dark Side of the Sun (2020).
