Peter Hunnigale, also known as Mr. Honey Vibes, born on December 12, 1960, in South London, England, is a British reggae singer. He started his career as a bass guitarist with the Vibes Corner Collective and released his debut single "Slipping Away" in 1983. His breakthrough came with "Be My Lady", which topped the UK reggae chart in 1987 and was featured on his debut album In This Time. Hunnigale won Best Newcomer at the Celebrity Awards and Best British Reggae Album at the British Reggae Industry Awards that year. He collaborated with Tippa Irie on hits like "Ragamuffin Girl" and released notable albums such as New Decade and Mr. Government. In 1996, he performed at Jamaica's Reggae Sunsplash festival and won the Best Reggae Album MOBO Award for Nah Give Up.
