Christian Ingebrigtsen, born on January 25, 1977 in Oslo, Norway, is a Norwegian singer-songwriter. He began his musical journey at age three, joining his father, Stein Ingebrigtsen, on tour and later learning to play multiple instruments. At 16, he started composing his own songs. Ingebrigtsen became a member of the pop group A1 in 1998, which signed with Columbia Records in 1999. With A1, he released several albums, including Here We Come (1999), The A List (2000), and Make It Good (2002). Ingebrigtsen started his solo career in 2003 with the duet "In Love with an Angel" featuring Maria Arredondo, which topped Norway's official single chart for three months. His debut solo album, Take Back Yesterday, was released on December 27, 2003 and reached number 2 on the VG Lista Topp 40 album chart.
