Colm Mac Con Iomaire, from Blackrock, Dublin, Ireland, is an Irish musician known for his roles as a violinist, keyboardist, and singer. He co-founded the folk group Kíla in 1987 while attending Coláiste Eoin, an Irish-language secondary school. His breakthrough came with The Frames, joining them in 1990. Mac Con Iomaire released his first solo album, The Hare’s Corner (Cúinne an Ghiorria), in 2008, which was nominated for a 2009 Meteor Award for Best Traditional/Folk Album. His subsequent albums include And Now The Weather (Agus Anois An Aimsir) released in April 2015 and The River Holds Its Breath - Tost ar an Abhainn in 2019.
