7Eights is a Dance Music and Pop tainted duet from Paris formed by Marina & Pierre-Laurent. They have been friends for years and grew up in the same town in France. Today, they both work in the music industry in Paris where they write, compose and produce for various French artists. However, a year ago they thought : “why not take the types of music we love most and combine them to create our dream project?” That is how 7Eights came to life. Why the name, you ask? When you’re about to dance, you count « 5, 6, 7, 8 », right? The major aim of the project is to make people dance. The motto : bring out the fun in everyone !
