Second was a Spanish indie rock band formed in 1997 in Murcia by Sean Frutos, Jorge Guirao, Nando Robles, and Fran Guirao. Early on, they won local competitions to gain traction. Their breakthrough came with Pose (2003), which led to a UK tour after winning the GBOB contest in London. Notable albums include Private Life (2000) and Invisible (2006). They were regulars at major Spanish festivals, including Sonorama Ribera and Arenal Sound. Second won two Pop-Eye 2011 awards for their music video "Muérdeme" and released a live album, 15 (2012), following a successful tour. Their final album, Flores Imposibles, was released in 2022. After 26 years of activity, Second announced their separation in October 2022, concluding with a farewell concert at the Teatro Circo Price in Madrid.
