Los Locos were a Spanish pop-rock, soul, and funk band from Gijón, Asturias, formed in 1984. The ensemble consisted of Carlos Redondo (vocals/bass), Paco 'Loco' Martínez (guitar), and Jaime Beláustegui (drums). In 1984, Redondo and Martínez won the first Concurso de Maquetas de Radio Asturias F.M.. The group released their first maxi-single in 1985, featuring the tracks “Recuerda Marrakech” and “Estás en New York”. Their debut studio album, Los Locos, appeared in 1987, followed by El segundo de Los Locos in 1988. The latter included the songs “Lección de baile” and “Detrás de la verdad”. The band signed with the label DRO and released the albums Algo salvaje (1991) and Un zumbido de amor (1993). Compilations include Singles (1994) and Los Locos siempre están de moda - Sus mejores locuras (1998). The group became inactive in 1998. In 2008, Rhino Records released the collection Integral - Los dados han caído así.
