Estrella María Benzo Blas was born in Spain on 2 February 2003 and emerged as a Latin pop singer. From an early age she trained in vocal performance, and her first public appearance came with a self‑recorded single that gained regional radio play in late 2018. In 2019 Estrella María Benzo Blas signed with a local independent label and released the EP La Fiesta Loca, which included the track "Baila Conmigo" that entered the Spanish Top 40. The following year, on 3 May 2020, she released her debut studio album Estrella, featuring the single "Noche de Luces" that reached number 12 on the national charts and earned a nomination for Best New Artist at the 2021 Spanish Music Awards. Her third album, Black Flamenco, released on 23 October 2022, blended flamenco guitar with contemporary pop rhythms; its lead single "Sombra", co‑written with renowned producer Juan García, peaked at number 7 and was certified platinum. Estrella María Benzo Blas toured extensively across Spain, Spain’s Canary Islands, and Mexico, collaborating with artists such as Ana Torres and Carlos López. In 2023 she signed with a major international label, expanding her reach to Latin America and the United States. The artist’s work has been recognized for its contribution to modern Latin pop and for bridging traditional flamenco elements with mainstream pop, solidifying her place in contemporary Spanish music history.
