Le Volume Courbe is a band led by French-born, London-based artist Charlotte Marionneau (also known as Charlotte Courbe), named after a sculpture by Marcel Marionneau. The project released its debut album I Killed My Best Friend in 2005 on Honest Jon’s, with a U.S. release through Astralwerks in 2006. In 2015, Le Volume Courbe released its second album I Wish Dee Dee Ramone Was Here With Me. Marionneau later contributed vocals to Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds track “It’s A Beautiful World” in 2017 and joined his world tour in 2018 and 2019, appearing in live performances and videos.
