Strachy Na Lachy, a Polish rock band originally known as Grabaż + Ktoś Tam Jeszcze and later Grabaż i Strachy Na Lachy, was formed in 2003 by Krzysztof "Grabaż" Grabowski and Andrzej "Kozak" Kozakiewicz. The duo aimed to create softer music, including rock ballads. Their debut album, Strachy Na Lachy, was released on December 8, 2003. The band's second album, Piła Tango (November 7, 2005), featured the hit single "Piła Tango" and included artwork by Armenian artist Vahan Bego. In 2007, they released a tribute album to Jacek Kaczmarski, followed by Zakazane Piosenki (September 22, 2008), which paid homage to underground Polish communist music culture. Notable albums include Dodekafonia (February 22, 2010) and !To! (February 9, 2013). The band achieved significant chart success with several of their releases, including Piła Tango, which was certified gold in Poland for selling over 15,000 copies.
