My Mine was an Italian musical group formed in 1983 by producer Mauro Malavasi, originating from Bologna. The group consisted of Stefano Micheli on vocals and keyboards, Carlo Malatesta on vocals, keyboards, and guitar, and Danilo Rosati on keyboards and drum machines. My Mine's origins trace back to two groups from Terni: Water Krouse and Ipnotico Tango. In 1983, Mauro Malavasi approached the members of Ipnotico Tango to form My Mine, which quickly gained international recognition with their debut single "Hypnotic Tango". The song topped charts across Europe in 1984, reaching Number three in Spain, Number five in Germany, and Number ten in Switzerland. Following this success, My Mine released their second single "Zorro" in the same year, although it did not achieve the same level of popularity. Their debut album Stone was released in 1985 under the label My Record, featuring collaborations with Darren T. Hatch and Lucio Dalla. The group disbanded after releasing their final single "Can Delight" in 1986. After a hiatus of thirty-two years, My Mine reunited in 2018, releasing a new single "Love Is in the Sky".
