Swashbuckle, an American thrash metal band from Mercer County, New Jersey, was formed in 2005 when bassist Patrick Henry and guitarist Justin Greczyn met at a restaurant. The group initially released their first demo, Yo Ho Demo, that same year. Their debut album, Crewed by the Damned, followed in 2006, marking the beginning of their extensive touring career. Swashbuckle embarked on numerous tours across North America and Europe, including notable appearances at festivals such as Wacken Open Air in 2009. The band's discography includes notable singles like "Cruise Ship Terror" (2009) and albums such as Back to the Noose (2009). Their second album, Crime Always Pays..., was released in 2010 under Nuclear Blast Records. In 2014, Swashbuckle also played at 70,000 Tons of Metal.
