The Invisible, an English alternative rock band, was formed in 2006 as a solo project by Dave Okumu. The group quickly expanded to include Tom Herbert on bass and keyboards, and Leo Taylor on drums. Their first official release was the one-track 7-inch vinyl "Constant" in early 2008. The band's debut album, The Invisible, was released on March 9, 2009, and was nominated for the Mercury Prize. It also received critical acclaim from outlets such as Q, Mojo, and BBC Music. Their second album, Rispah, was released on August 27, 2012.
