Les Castafiores is a French band from Carcassonne known for blending punk-rock electric guitar with musette accordion and chanson influences. Their recorded output includes Airs De Jeux and Punkitchatcha!!, followed later by Mange Disque. Their repertoire includes reinterpretations of French chanson, including a cover of Dalida's "Mourir sur scène". The band is also known for its energetic live performances across France and beyond. Since 2000, they have sold 20,000 records and given nearly 1,000 concerts.
