Ignacio Aníbal Copani, born on October 25, 1959, in Villa Lynch, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a singer and songwriter. He grew up near Pavón Arriba, Santa Fe, before moving back to Buenos Aires. His breakthrough came with the songs "Cuántas minas que tengo" and "La familia". In 1988, he independently released his debut album Ignacio Aníbal Copani, which was later reissued by EMI. The album included hits like "Lo' atamo con alambre" and "Puede verme". His music spans various genres, including rock, pop, cumbia, and tango. Copani's accolades include multiple gold, platinum, and double-platinum albums, the Prensario Award, and the Diploma of Merit for Popular Music, Male Pop/Ballad Singer from the Konex Foundation in 1995.
