Hideki Togi, born October 12, 1959 in Tokyo, is a Japanese gagaku musician, flutist, and composer. He worked for the Imperial Household Agency’s Music Department, performing gagaku repertoire. After leaving the Imperial ensemble in 2000, he began a solo career and released recordings through labels including Toshiba-EMI and Universal Classics. His discography includes From Asia (1999), I Am With You (2002), and Smile (2010). Later releases include Hichiriki Rhapsody (2019), which features performances centered on the hichiriki. His music has also been used in Japanese television productions and documentary programs, including NHK-related broadcasts.
