Accu§er, a German thrash metal band from Kreuztal, was formed in 1986. The group initially gained traction with their early releases The Conviction and Experimental Errors, showcasing rapid thrash metal. By the late 1980s, Accu§er evolved into a more technical style, evident on albums like Who Dominates Who? and Double Talk. In 1991, guitarists Frank Thoms and René Schütz contributed to Die Krupps' album I, marking a foray into industrial metal. The band's later works, such as Reflections and Taken by the Throat, incorporated groove metal elements. Accu§er disbanded in the late 1990s but reformed in 2002, releasing albums like Agitation, Dependant Domination, and Diabolic. In 2016, they released the album The Forlorn Divide under Metal Blade Records.
