Don Francisco (born Clyde T. Francisco) was an American contemporary Christian singer and songwriter from Louisville, Kentucky. Francisco performed secular music before beginning a career in Christian music. The singer released the debut studio album Brother of the Son in 1976. In 1977, Francisco released the album Forgiven, which featured the recording “I Don't Care Where You've Been Sleeping”. Francisco received two Dove Awards in 1980, including Song of the Year for the recording “He's Alive” and Songwriter of the Year. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, the musician released albums including The Power (1987), High Praise (1988), Vision of the Valley (1991), Come Away (1992), and Genesis and Job (1994). In 2003, the singer released the album The Promises, a collaboration with Wendy Francisco featuring readings from the Bible.
