David Huff is an American musician known for his role as a drummer. He began his career as part of the contemporary Christian music and pop-rock band White Heart, which formed in 1982. The band's first two albums were produced by Bill Smiley and Dann Huff, with David Huff contributing on drums. White Heart's self-titled debut album White Heart was released in 1982, followed by Vital Signs in 1984. Notable songs from this period include "We Are His Hands". In 1985, David Huff left the band to pursue other interests, including touring with Michael W. Smith and later joining his brother Dann to form the hard rock band Giant.
