A Klana Indiana, a pop band from Austria, was formed in the late 1990s and consisted of Klaus Biedermann, Claus Marcus, and Christian Seitz. The group's debut single, "A klana Indiana", released in 1998, quickly reached Number 1 on the Austrian charts. This initial success marked a significant breakthrough for the band. In 1999, A Klana Indiana continued their chart dominance with another Number 1 hit in Austria, "Uiii, is des bled!". The same year saw the release of two more notable singles: "Twist No. Sex", which peaked at number 3, and "Ski Heil … is des geil!", which reached number 12. Their debut album, Jetzt muss es raus, was released in 1999 and achieved a respectable position of nine on the Austrian charts. The band's music, characterized by simple yet catchy melodies and straightforward lyrics, resonated with audiences. In 2004, A Klana Indiana compiled their best works into The Very Best Of - Sound Of Austria.
