Out of the Grey are an American Contemporary Christian music duo from the United States, formed by Scott Denté and Christine Denté. Christine Denté provided lead vocals while Scott Denté performed on guitar and background and lead vocals. The ensemble released their debut studio album, Out of the Grey, in 1991 through Sparrow Records. The record reached number 47 in the book CCM Presents: The 100 Greatest Albums in Christian Music. In 1992, the group released the album The Shape of Grace and recorded the song “Forever I Will Trust in You” for the album Coram Deo: In the Presence of God. Their discography includes the albums Diamond Days (1994) and Gravity (1995). Christine Denté released the solo album Along the Road in 1994. Scott Denté collaborated on the album Invention in 1997. The duo subsequently released the albums (See Inside) (1997) and 6.1 (2001). The song “Disappear” appeared on the compilation Wow 1998. Christine Denté released the solo album Becoming in 2003. The duo released the album A Little Light Left in 2015.
