Tasavallan Presidentti, a Finnish progressive rock band, was founded in 1969 by guitarist Jukka Tolonen and drummer Vesa Aaltonen. The original lineup included Måns Groundstroem on bass and Frank Robson on vocals. Their debut album Tasavallan Presidentti was released the same year. In 1972, Eero Raittinen replaced Robson as vocalist, and the band released their breakthrough album Lambertland, which reached number 7 in Finland. The following year, they toured Europe and the UK. However, internal struggles led to the band's disbandment in 1974. Notable posthumous releases include The Lost 1971 Studio Session (2023).
