Dream Street is an American pop boy band formed in 1999 by music producers Louis Baldonieri and Brian Lukow. The group initially featured several boys aged 12–14 from the New York Broadway/Acting scene, including Greg Raposo and Chris Trousdale. After a lineup change to include Matt Ballinger, Frankie J. Galasso, and Jesse McCartney, they released their eponymous debut album in 2001, which was certified Gold in the US by the RIAA, peaking at number 37 on the Billboard 200. Notable songs from the album include "It Happens Every Time" and "I Say Yeah," both frequently played on Radio Disney. In mid-2002, a legal dispute led to the group's dissolution. In 2023, Dream Street was revived with Raposo, Ballinger, and Galasso returning, releasing the single "Smile."
