The Glorious Unseen is an American Christian rock and contemporary worship group from Nashville, Tennessee, formed in 2007. Led by vocalist and guitarist Ben Crist, the group performed songs originally written for the Anchor Fellowship church. The band released the independent EP Embracing the Call in 2005 before signing with BEC Recordings.In 2007, the group released its first studio album, Tonight the Stars Speak. This was followed by the digital EP The Cries of the Broken in 2008. In 2009, the band released the EP How He Loves and its second studio album, The Hope That Lies in You. Following Crist’s relocation to Kansas City in 2010 to serve at the International House of Prayer, the group became inactive until 2012. That year, the band released the album Lovesick.
