Vienna based Alternative Metalers AENYGMA are a musical collective, exploring the symbiosis between man and machine.
After independently releasing their debut album ‘Termina’ in December of 2023, the band has developed a full projection, lighting and audio live show that thematically dictates that the members of the band are ‘biological vessels’ that AENYGMA (a sentient artificial intelligence) uses to express it’s creativity. This tongue in cheek performance explores and criticises humanity’s use of (and in some cases dependency on) machines. Modern Sonics coupled with Nostalgic influences are the backdrop to the bands music that is both critical of society and deeply personal.
2025 ushers in a slew of monthly singles that lay for the foundation of the band’s forthcoming sophomore album.
AENYGMA have shared the stage with international acts such as Northlane, Novelists, Thrown, KrashKarma, Cynic and many more.
