Born Cécilia Gruffaz in Cannes on June 5, 1984, Cécilia Cara is a French singer and actress. A student at the Stanislas Catholic Institute in Cannes, Cécilia Cara made a name for herself in 1999 when she took part in the Graines de star TV show on M6.
