Die Mayrhofner, originally known as Original Mayrhofner Trio, is an Austrian folk music group from Mayrhofen in the Zillertal. The group was formed by Erwin Aschenwald and his sons Erwin Aschenwald Jr. and Michael Aschenwald, along with Tom Partl and Ulli Huber after the dissolution of the original trio in the early 2000s. Their debut album Halli Galli was released in 2000. The group gained significant popularity with subsequent albums such as Papa, lass d' Mama nit weinen (2003) and Massai in Lederhose (2005). Notable achievements include the gold certification for their album Mutter Thereza (2007) in Austria. The group has continued to release albums, including Ram Tam Tam (2016) and Vergelt's Gott tausend Mal (2023).
