Marva Wright

Nicknamed the "Blues Queen", Marva Wright began her singing career late in 1987, at the age of 40, and went on to become one of the greatest voices in the genre, giving concerts all over the world and recording a handful of albums for posterity. She died on March 23, 2010 at the age of 62.
