Sean Maguire, born Sean Martin Michael Maguire on April 18, 1976, in London, United Kingdom, is a British actor and singer. He began his career at age five, starring alongside Lord Olivier in A Voyage Round My Father. Maguire's acting career continued to flourish with roles in notable productions such as the BBC drama series Grange Hill, where he played "Tegs" Ratcliffe from 1983 until 1991. His breakthrough in music came with the release of his debut album Spirit in June 1996, which included notable songs such as "Good Day" and "Today's The Day". Maguire's musical career also saw him contributing to the Childliners record The Gift of Christmas, collaborating with acts such as the Backstreet Boys and East 17. His second studio album was released on October 29, 2008.
