Pimentola is an electronic orchestral and post-industrial project from Finland formed in 1996 by Lempo and Turja. The project initially drew influences from dark and black metal but evolved to incorporate experimental, neoclassical, orchestral, and tribal sounds. In 2006, the project signed with the Swedish label Cold Meat Industry. Discography releases include the album MM-MMV (2005) and the 7-inch Pimentola (2005). The project released the album Misantropolis (2007). Other recordings include the mini-album Tuoni Pauloo Tiukoin Sitein (2004) and the collaborative release Pimentola / Dead Man's Hill (2005).
