Zaénno, age 26, who’s unique voice carries a strong yet melodic feel was destined to become one of the greats. Born in Silver Spring, Maryland, 1998 and growing up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, the artist formerly known as Jose Sola fell in love with his Carribean/Latin musical roots. He started writing poems and hooks at the age of 13 and released his first single “Sin Censura” in the year 2020. Although being raised in the Dominican Republic, Zaénno was heavily influenced by Puerto Rican superstars such as Jowell, Randy, Arcángel, Tito el Bambino and many others, developing his own style and infused them in his latest tracks such as “IKIGAI” and “Cotiza”. Raised mostly by his mother and grandmother, who both love to sing and dance to many old school Salsa, Merengue and bachata, Zaénno saw what impact music had and decided he wanted to be the voice behind the positivity it brings.
