Mirko Alexander Bogojević, born 10 October 1976 in Hamburg, Germany, is a German rapper who performed under the stage name Das Bo. After completing his Abitur at the Gymnasium Dörpsweg in Hamburg‑Eidelstedt, he joined the hip‑hop group Poets of Peeze and later formed the duo Der Tobi & das Bo, which gained attention with the single "Nordisch by Nature" in collaboration with Fettes Brot. In 2000 Das Bo released his first solo single "Türlich, türlich (sicher, Dicker)", which sold 240,000 copies and entered the German Top 5. The following year he followed with the single "Seid ihr bereit für das Bo" and "Ich hab Rap für dich" (2004), both reinforcing his presence on the national charts. Between 2005 and 2008 he released several singles, including "Wie geil ist das denn? (Dicke Anbiete)" with Jansen & Kowalski and "Ohne Bo", the latter representing Hamburg at the 2008 Bundesvision Song Contest where it placed twelfth. Das Bo collaborated with artists such as Deichkind, Jan Delay, and U 96, and appeared on television shows and festivals, including the Melt! Festival and the MTV‑Campus‑Invasion. In 2011 he contributed to the film Ein Tick anders, and in 2021 he appeared in the series Jerks (season 4). Das Bo continues to perform and produce music within the German rap scene.
