AUDG is a nonbinary human and a Brooklyn-based indie artist. Originally from the suburbs of Massachusetts, they've been writing and playing music since their early teens. They originally learned to play guitar so they could sing their favorite My Chemical Romance songs, but they're glad they learned to write their own too. Their songwriting centers around their relationships, queerness, and family bonds; and their musical inspirations are drawn from indie artists like Daisy the Great, Boygenius, Slaughter Beach, Dog, Clairo, and the like.
AUDG released their debut single "World's End" last June and it garnered nearly 30K streams to date. The success of AUDG's debut was pillared on playlist placements, impressively being added to over 280 user-generated playlists. "World's End" was featured as first in curation on Indie & Folk Radio's "Indie Folk 2022" playlist (24K+ followers) for 3 weeks straight and streamed over 19,000 times on that playlist alone. The mellowness of the track inspired users to include it in their mellow, moody leaning curations, in playlists like "songs for rolling the windows down" "Morning Rain" "crying in acoustic" "Indie Nights/Sleep Well" and many more.
The Slow Music Movement called the track “a simple indie folk arrangement where maximum atmosphere derives from a few perfectly balanced instruments - a rare art & one many new (& old!) artists struggle with.”

AUDG is also a full-time creative working in the music industry. In their day-to-day, they specialize in creative direction for catalog marketing, and have lead creative on campaigns like SZA's CTRL 5, Leon Bridges' Coming Home 5, Christina Aguilera's Stripped, and many more. They appropriately creative direct their own campaigns, design all their own album art, and shoot/edit/direct all their video content.
Lastly, AUDG has played with many other NYC-based acts, such as Elora, Talk Bazaar, Moon Hound, Thesaurus Rex, nellie, and more.
