Julita Ratowska (born March 3, 1991), known professionally as Jula, is a Polish pop and pop rock singer and songwriter from Łomża. Jula gained popularity for amateur home recordings published on the internet. Her home-recorded version of “Za każdym razem” received more than one million views. Jula released a professional version of “Za każdym razem”, composed by Adi Owsianik of Rotten Bark. In 2012, she released her debut album, Na krawędzi, via the My Music label. The album reached number 3 on the Polish charts, earned Gold certification, and featured the Number 1 singles “Za każdym razem” and “Nie zatrzymasz mnie”. Jula won the Internet Award at TOPtrendy 2012 and the Best Debuting Artist and Best Eska Artist honors at the Eska Music Awards 2012. She coached a team in the third edition of Bitwa na głosy (2012). Jula released the albums 180° (2014) and Milion słów (2017).
