The Storm was a Danish rock band formed in 2006 by Pernille Rosendahl and Johan Wohlert. The duo signed with Universal Music Denmark in December 2006. In 2008, the band released the singer "Drops in the Ocean" and their first album Where the Storm Meets the Ground, which sold 25,000 copies and earned a gold record. In 2009, they released Black Luck under WR Production and Target Records. The band's biggest hit "Lost in the Fire" was released in 2011, peaking at number 3 and earning a platinum record. Their third album Rebel Against Yourself, featuring collaborations with Swedish band Kent, was released in 2011. The band went on hiatus in 2014.
