Razorback is a Filipino hard rock group formed in 1990 in Manila. The ensemble performed covers of bands including Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath before releasing the debut studio album Hebigat Sounds Volume One in 1995. The band opened for Silverchair, Rage Against the Machine, and Metallica. In 1997, the group released Beggar's Moon, which featured the songs “Payaso” and “Ikot ng mundo”. The latter received a nomination for Song of the Year at the NU 107 Rock Awards. The band’s third studio recording, Star, appeared in 1998 and included the track “Voodoo, Who Do?”. The ensemble released the namesake double album Razorback in 2002 and Three Minutes of Glory in 2011. Singer Kevin Roy left the group in 2018 but returned in 2021. Drummer Brian Velasco died on January 16, 2019. Following his death, the group released the singles “Palasyo” (2019) and “Bubog sa aspalto” (2020).
