Éliane Reyes, born on June 7, 1977, in Verviers, Belgium, is a pianist known for her roles as both a soloist and chamber musician. She began performing at an early age, winning the Cziffra Foundation award in 1988 and performing with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam. Reyes studied under notable figures including Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden, Hans Leygraf, Alan Weiss, Michel Beroff, Brigitte Engerer, and Jacques Rouvier. Reyes has won numerous awards, such as the first prize at the Ettlingen International Competition in 1996 and the Julio Cervantes International Piano Competition in 2005. She has released several albums, including Alexandre Tansman's 24 Intermezzi - Petite Suite (2010), Debussy: Recueil Vasnier - Mélodies (2011), and Nicolas Bacri's Piano Music (2011). She was designated a Knight of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French government in 2016.
