Alf Emil Eik, born on March 24, 1953, in Norway, is a Norwegian multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer, and producer. He began his music career in the late 1970s by establishing "Cross Lydstudio" in Kristiansand. In 1979, Eik released his debut album Joy & Breath of Eternity under the Harvest label, showcasing his versatility on various instruments including keyboards, bass, guitars, drums, and percussion. Throughout his career, he collaborated with notable artists such as Secret Garden, Jan Teigen, Bobbysocks, Anne Karin Kaasa, and Egil Fylling. Eik contributed to film scores, notably for the Norwegian children's movie Kaptein Sabeltann Og Den Forheksede Øya in 2000.
