Erica Musci, known professionally as Erica Mou, was born on April 6, 1990, in Trani, Italy. She began studying singing and playing the guitar at a young age. After completing high school, she enrolled in the Faculty of Literature and Philosophy at the University of Bari, graduating in 2019. Erica Mou launched her professional music career in 2008 with the release of her debut album Bacio Ancora le Ferite. In 2011, she released her second album E', produced by Valgeir Sigurðsson. The next year, she entered the Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Nella vasca da bagno del tempo", winning the Mia Martini critics' award. Her version of "Don't Stop" was chosen for an ENI commercial. Erica Mou has won several awards, including "Best Lyrics" from SIAE and "Talent of the Year" and "Best Tour" from MEI.
