Helgi Hrafn Jónsson, born on November 20, 1979 in Reykjavik, Iceland, is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Better known as Helgi Jónsson, he released his debut album, Glóandi, in 2005. In 2008, he released his second album, For the Rest of My Childhood. Jónsson gained recognition for his collaboration with Danish singer Tina Dico, with whom he performed duets such as "Walls" and "Careful People". He also contributed to Dico's orchestra as a backing vocalist, keyboarder, and trombonist. His subsequent albums include Big Spring (2011) and Intelligentle (2019). Jónsson has also released several EPs, including Kví, Kví (2009), Blindfolded (2010), and Aska.
