Simone Eleuteri, known professionally as Danno, was born on 27 October 1974 in Rome and pursued a career as an Italian rapper. He entered the music scene in 1994 as a member of the group Colle der Fomento, releasing the debut album Odio pieno in 1996 and the follow‑up Scienza doppia H in 1999, both distributed by Mandibola Records/Irma Records. The group gained visibility through tours across Italy and Europe, collaborating with international acts such as De La Soul and Wu Tang Clan. Danno’s solo career launched with the EP Più forte delle bombe in 2005, followed by the single "Strozzapreti alla romana" in 2020, which achieved significant radio play. In 2026 he released his debut solo album AKA Danno, comprising ten tracks with a deluxe vinyl edition adding seven bonus songs. The album solidified his position in the contemporary Italian rap landscape, earning critical acclaim and chart presence in national listings.
