Fan Wei‑chi, known professionally as FanFan, was born on 18 March 1976 in Taiwan and pursued a career as a singer. After early training and a brief stint in higher education, she entered the music industry in the early 2000s. She released the album 最初的夢想 on 7 May 2004, followed by Faces of FanFan on 11 July 2008, and Love and FanFan on 25 August 2011. Her debut single "With You" was released on 18 January 2017, marking her entry into mainstream pop. FanFan has written songs for artists such as Claire Kuo, Angela Chang, and Freya Lim, and appeared as a guest at JJ Lin’s concert in Singapore. She toured Taipei, Hong Kong, Taichung, and Beijing, and hosted the Channel V variety show Bang Bang Tang. Her later singles, "Forget Me Not" (20 December 2019) and "王國" (11 March 2022), charted within the Taiwanese pop scene, solidifying her position as a consistent contributor to contemporary Mandopop.
