Viera Blech, a brass band from Austria, was formed in 2004 in Kössen, Tirol. The band initially consisted of Martin Scharnagl, Bernhard Achhorner, Michael Schweinester, and Helmut Gründler, all studying music at the time. Their name reflects their original lineup of four brass players. The group's first album, Junge Kameraden, was released in 2006. Notable achievements include winning second place at the Bohemian Sounds competition in 2008 and performing annually at the Woodstock of Brass Music since 2011. Their discography includes albums such as laTyrolian Story (2009), Der Bär groovt (2012), and 20 (2024).
