Celina Rie Overby Smaakjær, known professionally as Celina Ree, was born on March 3, 1990, in Denmark. She is a pop-rock singer and songwriter whose career began with the release of her debut single "12.time" in the summer of 2008, which received extensive airplay on Danish radio stations. This success led to the release of her debut album Kortslutning on October 6, 2008. Following her debut, Celina Ree collaborated with various artists, including Star*Rats on "Land's End" (2010) and The Army on "Stranded" (2013). In March 2018, she released her first single in nearly a decade, titled "Aldrig Alene"* ("Never Alone"). Throughout her career, Celina Ree has also been involved in running an online business called Wild & Feather.
