Marina Koller, born on November 25, 1981, in Neukirchen beim Heiligen Blut, Germany, is a German singer. She taught herself to play the guitar and keyboards before being discovered by producer Robert Jung during the Bayerwald Grand Prix in 1998. Her breakthrough came in 2000 when she won the competition with "Mei Heimat ist im Bayerwald". This led to a recording contract with Koch Universal Music, under which she released Unverschämt süß (2002) and Tausend Träume (2003). In 2005, Koller performed at the final of the German Cup. Her third album, Marina Koller, was published by Koch Music in 2008, followed by Neue Wege (2012) and Frei (2014).
